DIASPORAXPR SEEKS TO SOLIDIFY THE NEXUS BETWEEN THE ALREADY-ESTABLISHED DIASPORA WITH THOSE THAT HAVE RECENTLY LEFT THE ISLAND AND WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE CONNECTED WITH OUR COMMUNITY.
