- Participation in FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)Designs, builds, and operates full-sized robots weighing up to 125 pounds to compete annually in the FIRST Robotics Competition, an alliance-based challenge simulating real-life engineering tasks. The team participates in regional events and has qualified for the FIRST World Championship, winning awards including Gracious Professionalism and Creativity.
- STEM outreach and community engagementConducts outreach to promote STEM and FIRST programs among youth, including organizing booths at public events like the Erie County Fair, demonstrating robots at GM Buy American Day, and hosting events for Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, and middle school students. Also supports FIRST Lego League events and conducts school-based awareness campaigns.
