The club fields 20 competitive teams in the Monroe-Woodbury area and lower Hudson Valley, with structured league play, tournaments, and seasonal schedules.
- Seasonal training and skills developmentProvides structured soccer training throughout the year, including weekly club skills sessions (8–9 per season), functional/positional training for older players, and indoor training during winter months. The program includes approximately 24 weekly skills sessions and 20 functional training sessions annually, delivered by licensed coaches as part of a 10-month development plan.
- Tournament and showcase competitionOrganizes participation in regional and national tournaments including the PDA Spring Classic, Jefferson Cup, NEWSS, WAGS, FC Delco, and NYS Cup, as well as 1–2 local tournaments per season and 2 indoor tournaments.
