Co-authored an article in a professional nursing journal, contributing to the body of knowledge in clinical or care delivery practice.

Provides smartphones, tablets, gaming computers, and laptops to hospitalized adolescents to help maintain connections with family and peers and support educational engagement during treatment.

Provided grocery cards to families facing hardship as a direct response to the economic and social challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Provides individually tailored dream experiences—such as shopping sprees, family getaways, concert and theater tickets, and memberships to cultural and recreational venues—to children and young adults with complex medical, mental health, physical, or developmental needs. Since 2017, the organization has granted 325 dream experiences, including 67 in 2025 alone, to improve quality of life.

Offers financial support and access to eye care services, including eye exams and glasses, for young people who are uninsured or face financial barriers, through its Dream Vision Program.

Provides comprehensive primary and specialty healthcare services, including neurology, psychiatry, behavioral psychology, dermatology, gastroenterology, physiatry, urology, nutrition, occupational therapy, cardiology, podiatry, gynecology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, ENT, genetic metabolic services, rehabilitation, speech/language therapy, and audiology for adults and children with developmental and long-term disabilities.

Manages multiple contracted programs including a children's advocacy center offering forensic pediatric counseling and victim support for abused children; preventative services for families at risk of foster care placement due to parental developmental disability; educational care coordination for children in foster care; comprehensive evaluations for children age three or older in preventative or foster care settings; post-foster care aftercare services for up to two years; and medical management and comprehensive medical services for children in foster care.

Works with partner agencies to identify local needs affecting women and girls and to coordinate responses that empower individuals and strengthen community support systems.

Organizes annual events including the Power of the Purse and the Lavender Farm event to raise funds and engage the community in support of women and girls.

Provides emergency financial assistance directly to individual women experiencing temporary but immediate crises in areas such as housing, domestic violence, employment, health, transportation, and child care.

Hosts hands-on financial management workshops for women business owners through its Women Investing in Women program to support business growth and financial literacy.
