Provides financial and operational support for a range of patient care services at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, including emergency visits, births, surgeries, oncology infusions, lab testing, diagnostic exams, mammograms, and home care visits.

Supports and coordinates volunteer programs at Montefiore Nyack Hospital to enhance patient experience and hospital operations.

Provides financial grants to approximately 40 medical-related entities annually to support individuals in need, as part of its core grantmaking activities.

Accepts check donations from supporters for designated purposes, including general organizational support and specific projects.

Funds nursing scholarships at SUNY Canton, including awarding four scholarships for the 2023-24 academic year, to support the development of future nursing professionals.

Provides financial support for hospital infrastructure, including fulfilling pledges for the construction of a new pavilion, purchasing medical equipment to meet critical needs, and funding building renovations and expansions in key departments such as the Cancer Center, Birthplace Labor and Delivery, Cardiology, and Mammography.

Organizes and hosts recurring fundraising events including annual golf tournaments, soup luncheons, scrub sales, wreath and poinsettia sales, pickleball events, and holiday flora sales to support hospital programs, particularly oncology services and other clinical departments.

Provides financial and operational support for the maintenance of the Butterfly Garden located at the E.J. Noble Building in Canton, NY.

Operates a volunteer-run gift shop at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, open weekdays from 9am to 5pm, serving as the primary source of fundraising revenue for the organization. The shop has been in operation since 1951 and is stocked with items to meet customer needs and wishes.

Provides a Mother’s Day gift basket to the mother of the first baby born at Canton-Potsdam Hospital on or after Mother’s Day each year.
