Conducts health-related needs and assets assessments, including supplemental studies on housing and rural household budgets, to inform planning and project implementation aimed at reducing health disparities in rural communities across multiple counties.

Provides direct services in Broome, Delaware, and Tioga counties, with additional offerings in Chenango, Chemung, Cortland, Otsego, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tompkins counties.
