Network-Leverage Model

By activating and coordinating a decentralized network of individuals, clubs, and partners, organizations produce amplified local and global impact, because shared identity, trust, and resources across the network increase reach, sustainability, and community ownership. This strategy centers on using an existing relational and structural network—such as Rotary’s global federation of clubs—to multiply social impact beyond what any single entity could achieve alone. It distinguishes itself from standalone service or grantmaking models by emphasizing coordination, resource pooling, and mutual reinforcement across geographically and functionally distributed actors, turning collective affiliation into operational advantage.
