Offers business partner memberships to corporations and individuals providing legal-related products and services, and lists them in a public directory with logos and links. Includes hosting regular meetings to engage partners and communicate organizational updates.

Recognizes members for achievements in areas such as volunteerism, continuing education, community service, and pro bono work, promoting excellence and engagement within the membership.

Offers intensive one-day educational seminars focused on managerial skills for legal practice management professionals. These seminars are a core part of the organization's direct training offerings.

Funds educational scholarships to support members pursuing continuing education and advanced training in paralegal studies and legal practice management.

Produces and publishes a Compensation Survey Report with detailed salary and compensation data for legal practice support positions, aiding managers in workforce planning and budgeting.

Conducts advocacy for lung health and provides members with regular updates from its Washington, D.C. team on policy issues and engagement opportunities.

Provides training in epidemiological, clinical, and operations research through the MECOR program across Africa, China, India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Turkiye. The program includes a three-level curriculum covering research design, statistical methods, data analysis, manuscript writing, and grant writing, delivered via a flipped classroom model, five-day in-person sessions with mentorship, and multi-year support. Since 1994, has trained over 2,500 alumni, primarily in low- and middle-income countries.

Creates and updates ATS Statements and Position Papers to guide clinical practice and public health policy in respiratory and critical care medicine.

Funds research in basic, translational, and clinical science; pediatric and adult medicine; and patient-oriented and public health topics through grant opportunities.

Provides discounted access to the ATS International Conference, a multi-day event attended by 14,000 professionals in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
