By acquiring, developing, owning, and operating affordable housing through a unified, vertically integrated model, we produce long-term affordable housing, because end-to-end control prevents loss of affordability and ensures mission alignment over time. This strategy emphasizes direct, sustained organizational control over the entire housing lifecycle—from land acquisition to property management—ensuring that affordability and quality are structurally preserved. Unlike models that rely on partnerships, subsidies, or time-limited covenants, this approach embeds permanence through ownership and integrated operations, reducing vulnerability to market pressures or mission drift. It is distinct from fragmented or short-term interventions by treating housing as a continuously managed community asset rather than a discrete development project.
