Conducted advocacy and education activities, including community meetings and trainings, in Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda to promote renewable energy adoption and community engagement.

Conducted site visits to Uganda to carry out monitoring and evaluation, inspect health clinics, and train local partners to support sustainable energy projects in healthcare facilities.

Provided battery replacements for 7 solar-electrified health clinics in Uganda to ensure ongoing operations and sustainability, directly and indirectly benefiting 91,000 people with improved healthcare access.

Conducted 64 outreach and educational events, averaging 125 attendees per session, to provide training and information on solar lights, solar-electrical systems, and renewable energy in East African communities.

Self-funds and conducts medical missions to deliver free healthcare services in underserved communities across multiple countries, including Alaska, Haiti, Ecuador, Israel, the Dominican Republic, the Brazilian Amazon, Peru, and Kenya (Kibera), with documented treatment of hundreds to thousands of patients per mission for conditions such as infections, diabetes, burns, dog bites, and oral diseases.

Operates a Medical Advisory Board of fifteen volunteer physicians, dentists, and healthcare professionals who provide real-time telemedicine consultations to support clinical staff at the Kibera clinic, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capacity.

Raised $750,000 via social media to fund healthcare infrastructure in Kibera, Kenya, and constructed prototype primary healthcare clinics using telemedicine technology in Duchity and other areas of Haiti following the 2010 earthquake, supported by grants. These clinics have treated over 70,000 patients as of 2023.

Installed a borehole water well producing 1,500 liters of clean water per hour and implemented solar power systems at the Kibera Health Center to ensure sustainable operation of medical facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and sewer installations.

Provides comprehensive healthcare services—including medical, dental, and veterinary care—to approximately 1.5 million indigent residents in Kibera, Kenya, through a locally staffed, eco-friendly clinic powered by solar energy and equipped with telemedicine capabilities. The facility includes a dental suite with four units, electronic medical records, and full clinical operations.

Operates a community-rooted veterinary clinic and runs market-day pop-up clinics in Kibera, offering affordable pet wellness services including rabies vaccination, deworming, reproductive health, zoonotic disease surveillance, nutrition, and animal welfare protection. Integrates pet care education with family health programs and conducts mass rabies vaccination campaigns alongside school-based and women’s group outreach.

Deploys portable solar-plus-storage units to provide emergency power during disasters; five units have been deployed, including one with 11.04 kW DC and 27 kWh battery storage.

Designs, installs, and maintains solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems at fire stations and emergency response facilities, primarily in Puerto Rico, to ensure reliable power during natural disasters and grid outages. Systems include new equipment under warranty and local repair support, with documented installations at 19 fire stations and over 228 kW of solar capacity deployed.

Delivers critical backup power during grid outages, enabling uninterrupted emergency response operations and life-saving medical treatments; systems have provided over 20,000 hours of backup power across multiple sites, including 404 hours at Cataño and 312 hours at Culebra fire stations during hundreds of outage events.

Responded to Hurricane Maria in 2017, which caused a prolonged blackout affecting 3.5 million people, by providing solar energy solutions to first responder stations that had operated without reliable electricity for over six months. Also conducted emergency response activities in Guánica after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake, including water distribution, road clearing, urban search and rescue, and emergency medical services.

Provides training to first responders on the use, maintenance, and monitoring of solar energy systems to ensure long-term operational resilience.

Accepts monetary donations of any size, in-kind donations of educational materials, technology, furniture, and rechargeable batteries, as well as contributions via Donor Advised Funds and employer matching gift programs, to support programs in Malawi. Processes donations and sends confirmation emails.
