Produces the West Indian Day Parade along Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, a large-scale cultural event drawing approximately 4 million spectators and participants annually, culminating in a street carnival that showcases West Indian art, music, and culture.

Produces cultural performances including Traditional Mas featuring characters from African folklore and plantation-era symbolism (e.g., Dame Lorraine, Midnight Robber, Jab), and Ole Mas performances that use satire to comment on current events and public figures, showcased during events like Dimanche Gras.

Organizes the New York Panorama, the largest steelpan competition in North America, held annually in Brooklyn during Carnival Week, featuring international participants and including publication of official rules, certification forms, and judging for championship titles.

Operates a medical tent near the finish line, deploys AMR vehicles, trains volunteers and police at water stops, and coordinates with emergency personnel to provide immediate medical assistance during the race. Established standardized safety protocols used annually.

Coordinates mile captains, traffic volunteers, police support, course mapping, Clinton Square layout planning, and entertainment scheduling (including bands and sound systems). Also manages training runs, course changes, and large-scale event communications and operations.

Plans and executes the annual Mountain Goat 10 Miler, a 10-mile race and two-person relay event in Syracuse, NY, open to participants of all ages and skill levels. The event has been held since 1979 and includes time-based prize incentives, awards for top performers, and on-course support such as water stations, medical services, and volunteer coordination.

Offers awards including cash prizes for winning USATF Niagara club members, time-based bonuses, age group and masters category trophies, and a lifetime participation pass for ongoing involvement. Also produces custom finisher medals designed for long-term collection and displays commemorative brick pavers along a path to the Mountain Goat Monument.

Provides instructional workshops and leadership training for Israeli folk dance instructors, teaching techniques, choreography, and group management. These programs have produced scores of trained teachers who now lead dance programs nationally.

Organizes special events such as the Jubilee Festival (Horati) and virtual festivals like Festival 69 Online when in-person gatherings are not possible. Events include performances, workshops, and co-presented tributes to key figures in Israeli dance, such as Yonatan Karmon.

Maintains and operates multiple resources for the Israeli folk dance community, including the Israeli Folk Dance Index (a comprehensive database of dances), the WHERE TO DANCE directory, a costume bank for rental, and a distribution service for educational materials such as recordings, books, and dance notations.

Produces the annual Israel Folk Dance Festival, now in its 74th year, featuring performers from the United States, South America, Canada, Israel, and other countries. The festival includes an opening Arts Fair, family programming, and performances promoting Israeli culture and peace through dance.

Creates and distributes workshop videos on Israeli folk dance for use in Jewish education and has supervised multiple Israeli folk dance recordings. Also produces monographs and publications on Jewish and Israeli dance history and practice.
