This strategy unites hands-on public participation with data-driven environmental science to create a feedback loop of education, action, and informed decision-making. Unlike top-down regulatory or purely technical approaches, it relies on empowering local communities as active stewards while grounding interventions in real-time monitoring and research. This dual emphasis ensures both social sustainability and ecological effectiveness, distinguishing it from strategies that prioritize either science or outreach alone.
