Runs a 25-bed emergency shelter on Long Island for men over 16, offering housing, meals, essential services, and advocacy support.

Serves over 500 individuals annually, with over 200 receiving direct reentry support in 2024, and hosts an annual reentry job fair connecting participants with employers and service providers.

Provides special education instruction to youth in secure juvenile detention settings, serving students in grades 6–12 with individualized academic and behavioral support.

Offers job readiness and soft skills training, entrepreneurial development, job placement support, and OSHA certification training to enhance job marketability in construction and related fields. Delivered over 1,200 hours of workforce training and provided OSHA certification to over 150 clients in 2024, with 60% of participants securing stable employment within six months.

Operates after-school programs for elementary students (K–6) in the Roslyn Union Free School District, providing daily homework help, academic tutoring, enrichment activities in growth mindset, physical fitness, arts, music, and cognitive games, and character development through theme-based learning. Enrolls over 50 students annually, with 95% reporting increased confidence in schoolwork and 80% of parents observing improved academic performance.

Provides education, mentoring, and social justice advocacy to empower challenged families and children through innovative programming tailored to evolving challenges. Programs include the Youth Risk Avoidance Education Program (YRAE), Investing in Career & Academic Nurturing & Networking (ICANN) for high school students, and the Socio-Academic Modification Program (SAMP), a certified educational program for youth aged 10 to 16.

Oversees project management and community engagement for the Albany LEAD initiative in 2025, aimed at reducing crime and supporting community safety.

Launched the Baby Item Library in 2025 to loan essential baby items such as bassinets, swings, and high chairs; provides monthly diapers and seasonal clothing through the Baby Item Network; and hosts Community Baby Shower events—four in 2025, serving 137 families with diapers, wipes, clothing, and baby care items.

Distributed 235 backpacks with school supplies in 2025 to support students and families.

Supported 77 families in 2025 with a range of services including OPWDD eligibility navigation, developmental evaluations, housing assistance, clothing, emergency food, Head Start enrollment, and special education services.

Provides emergency food to families five days per week through two on-site pantries, distributing four days' worth of food per family member during each visit, with eligibility for service access twice every 30 days. Also includes access to non-food household essentials such as hygiene products, diapers, formula, and kitchen supplies.

Offers evening programs for youth and teens that include homework assistance and computer literacy activities designed to build academic and technological proficiency.

Operates the Homer Perkins Center, a 20-bed residential substance abuse treatment facility serving approximately 54 individuals annually.

Enrolled 129 households in the Housing Resource Navigation program in 2025 despite staffing challenges, supporting individuals in securing stable housing.

Hosts Mass Food Events twice per month from April to October 2026, distributing fresh, assorted perishable food at no charge to community members at designated locations, requiring only a valid photo ID for access.
