Catalytic Capital Recycling

By deploying and reinvesting patient, flexible capital in high-impact ventures and funds, we generate scalable and sustained social or environmental impact, because early-stage de-risking and perpetual capital reuse amplify long-term systems change beyond initial funding. This strategy centers on using philanthropic or concessionally structured capital—not just as one-time grants or loans—but as a reusable engine for impact. Organizations deploy catalytic finance (e.g., blended finance, 0% interest loans, hybrid instruments) to support early-stage enterprises, then recycle returns into new investments, creating an evergreen cycle that compounds impact over time. Unlike traditional grantmaking or standalone impact investing, this approach explicitly prioritizes capital turnover, risk absorption, and systemic leverage through financial innovation and disciplined reinvestment.
