Provides education and tools focused on peak performance and healthy living to underserved young people, including those in youth homes, as well as student athletes in baseball, football, basketball, and hockey.

Offers nutrition advice and related tools to parents and families of underserved youth and student athletes who receive services from the Foundation.

Provides grants to high school student activity funds to support academic and educational initiatives.

Finances programs aimed at transforming health and well-being outcomes in communities.

Implements evidence-based substance use and violence prevention programs for youth in grades K–8, including Positive Alternative Programs and school- and community-based prevention initiatives. Offers STEM programming, K–6 educational support, life skills preparation, and Counselor in Training roles through summer employment programs.

Organizes annual community events including a free block party attended by 500 guests, vendors, and partners, and a Chopped-style cooking competition featuring local chefs using food pantry ingredients. Co-hosts free digital literacy workshops and runs a quarterly wellness program with health fairs, produce giveaways, and family activities.

Manages a full-service community center in the Niagara District equipped with a gym, children and family playroom, kitchen and cafeteria, computer lab, art room, and outdoor multisport court to support programming for residents of all ages.

Runs a market-style food pantry in Buffalo's West Side neighborhood, providing groceries at no charge to residents in specific zip codes (14201, 14209, 14213, 14222). Registered households can shop twice per month using a point-based system, receiving shelf-stable and fresh food including produce, meat, fish, and limited pet food, during Wednesday and Thursday service hours.

Runs a daily summer camp program offering breakfast, boxed lunches, educational instruction, physical fitness, creative enrichment, and field trips. Operates the Say Yes Buffalo day camp and integrates youth from the Summer Youth Employment Program as Counselors in Training.

Conducts screenings and provides navigation services to address health-related social needs within the community.

Manages comprehensive programs for older adults including weekly social and cognitive activities such as bingo, puzzles, arts and crafts, creative writing, fitness classes, and educational lectures. Hosts annual special events including Mother’s & Father’s Day brunches, summer picnics, end-of-year celebrations, and Café del Sol events.

Funds Rofen Cholim Cancer Society to provide critical support for cancer patients and their families, including funding life-saving treatments.

Funds Gumley Chessed to promote health and wellbeing of all people.

Funds AIM Hire Inc to facilitate job placement for individuals facing financial responsibilities while supporting a family. This activity is supported by two identical grant records.
