THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITABLE FUND IS TO RAISING FUNDS AND MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS OF SUCH FUNDS TO RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, MEDICAL AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE OPERATED IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION THEREOF, THE CORPORATION MAY GRANT SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING ELIGIBLE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN ACHIEVE A COLLEGE EDUCATION AS WELL AS MAKE ASSISTANCE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
