THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF NYU LANGONE MSO, INC. IS TO SUPPORT NEW YORK UNIVERSITY ("NYU") BY FURTHERING THE PURPOSES OF ITS SCHOOLS OF MEDICINE, AND SUCH OTHER AFFILIATES OF NYU AS ARE EXEMPT FROM TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AS NOW IN EFFECT OR AS MAY HEREAFTER BE AMENDED, AND CLASSIFIED AS OTHER THAN A PRIVATE FOUNDATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(1) OR SECTION 509(A)(2) OF THE CODE (COLLECTIVELY WITH NYU, THE "SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS"). IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING, THE CORPORATION SHALL:(I)PROVIDE CLINICAL SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO NYU AND THE OTHER SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR EMPLOYED PHYSICIANS; (II)PROMOTE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF HEALTH CARE ATTAINABLE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH CONTRIBUTES POSITIVELY TO HEALTHFUL INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY LIVING; (III)SUPPORT AND FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS OF CARE DELIVERY, CARE COORDINATION, CARE MANAGEMENT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED TO PATIENTS.
