With that insight of compassion, Through carefully selected projects, the foundation seeks to bring specific material support and healing inspiration to distressed communities within the U.S. and other countries, focusing on direct aid, charitable giving and community outreach. Empathetic Listening and Compassionate Training Our Empathetic Listening and Compassionate Training program provides one-on-one services such as mindfulness and meditation, and trauma-informed practice. The 'You Are Beautiful, I Am Beautiful' Project program has been developed in Upstate New York and involves music, role-playing therapies. We've supported selected Tibetan projects in northern Nepal since the Gorkha earthquake ravaged the area in April 2015.
