THE MISSION OF THE GOHAN SOCIETY IS TO FOSTER A MUTUAL APPRECIATION OF CULINARY HERITAGE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND JAPAN THROUGH OUTREACH TO CHEFS, CULINARY ARTS STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS AND FOOD ENTHUSIASTS.
