THE CORPORATION IS BEING FORMED TO POSITIVELY IMPACT YOUTH AND ENCOURAGE HEALTHY DECISIONS. THE CORPORATION INTENDS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO AVOID DRUGS AND ALCOHOL, CONCENTRATE ON ACADEMICS AND STAY IN SCHOOL AND PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. THE CORPORATION WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE NAMES OF MATTHEW BRIAN GIANNUZZI AND LUKE THOMAS AVOLESE.
