How they approach the work

Named approaches extracted from this org’s sources. Where others share an approach, follow it to see the full set of orgs running it.

  • Long-Term, Sequenced Engagement Model for Family Healing
    methodology: long-term_healing_model
By engaging families in a structured progression of programs over time, the organization supports sustained recovery and growth, because long-term, stage-appropriate interventions reinforce stability and allow healing to evolve alongside participants’ needs.
  • Peace-Building via Dialogue Among Affected Young Adults
    methodology: peace-building through shared experience
By bringing together young adults who have experienced terrorism-related loss, the organization promotes healing and peace through dialogue and shared activities, because structured interaction across diverse backgrounds transforms grief into mutual understanding and collective resilience.
  • Peer-Supported Healing Through Shared Lived Experience
    methodology: peer_support_groups
By facilitating peer support groups among individuals with shared experiences of loss due to terrorism or military service, the organization fosters mutual understanding and post-traumatic growth, because lived-experience alignment builds trust and reduces isolation more effectively than provider-led models.
