OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO PROMOTE THE EFFICACY OF THE CHARITY SECTOR BY INCREASING DONOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITIES, WHERE THE DONORS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION AS TO THE RECIPIENT OF THE FUNDS WILL BE TREATED AS A "DONOR ADVISED FUND" AS DEFINED UNDER SECTION 4966(D)(2) OF THE CODE. WE VET ALL BENEFITTING CHARITIES TO ENSURE THEY MEET OUR STRICT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND USE THE CHARITABLE FUNDS WE DELIVER FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ONLY.
