TO SUPPORT THE OPERATION OF ROOSEVELT CHILDREN'S ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL IN NEW YORK (THE "SCHOOL") BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH THE SCHOOL'S REAL ESTATE AND FACILITIES-RELATED NEEDS, AND BY RAISING FUNDS AND RESOURCES THAT WILL ENABLE THE CORPORATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE SCHOOL TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE OF THE SCHOOL'S STUDENTS; TO EXERCISE ALL RIGHTS AND POWERS CONFERRED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK UPON NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS, INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION THEREON, TO RAISE FUNDS, TO RECEIVE GIFTS, DEVISES, BEQUESTS AND CONTIRBUTIONS, IN ANY FORM, AND TO USE, APPLY, INVEST AND REINVEST THE PRINCIPAL AND/OR INCOME THERE FROM OR DISTRIBUTE THE SAME FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS INCIDENTAL TO, CONNECTED WITH OR IN ADVANCEMENT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSED OF SECTIONS 170(C)(2)(B) AND 801(C) (3).
