How they approach the work
Named approaches extracted from this org’s sources. Where others share an approach, follow it to see the full set of orgs running it.
- Donor-Supported Access Modelmethodology: donor_supported_program_deliveryBy delivering free, high-quality wellness programs through donor-funded and planned-giving-supported sustainability, we produce equitable access and long-term engagement among vulnerable populations because removing financial and structural barriers enables consistent participation and health improvement.
- Holistic Mind-Body Integrationmethodology: holistic mind-body approachBy combining personalized somatic movement instruction with interactive education and mind-body awareness, we produce deeper engagement and sustainable wellness because integrating cognitive understanding with bodily experience enhances self-efficacy and physiological regulation.
- Movement-as-Medicine Modelmethodology: movement-as-medicineBy using structured movement and exercise as a clinical adjunct, we produce measurable improvements in physical health, mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management because physiological systems can be regulated and restored through somatic practices. This approach treats movement as a preventive and therapeutic intervention, not just physical activity.
