IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO THE FACULTY THAT ARE INVITED AS SPEAKERS FOR SYMPOSIUMS AND CONFERENCES THAT ARE HELD OFF-CAMPUS AND FOR PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS AND EXAMS THAT WILL FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACULTY. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO SEVERAL COMMUNITY, DEPARTMENT, AND CITY-WIDE PROGRAMS. SOME OF THOSE PROGRAMS ARE BROOKLYN FREE CLINIC, THE CHILDREN'S CENTER AT BROOKLYN, INFANT AND CHILD LEARNING CENTER, AND THE ARTHUR ASHE INSTITUTE.
