Operates the Buddy Line program that pairs trained Israel Navy SEAL volunteers with post-traumatic IDF veterans in therapeutic water activities such as sailing, scuba-diving, paddle-boarding, and surfing; includes therapist-supported peer mentoring, skill certification, and long-term alumni groups; launched 10 new groups serving 360 participants and maintains 10 alumni groups with 1,200 participants.

Mobilizes Israel Navy SEAL community volunteers to serve individuals across Israeli society through food and supply distribution, home renovations for Holocaust survivors and at-risk populations, holiday gift card distribution, and team-building events; served up to 10,960 individuals with networks of over 1,000 volunteers.

Funds partner efforts to open two hotels for evacuees from southern Israel and supported fundraising of nearly 2.5 million shekels for their benefit following the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack.

Offers intensive one-year mentorship programs for Israeli Navy SEALs during their second to seventh year post-service and an advanced one-year program during their tenth to twentieth year post-service; includes pairing with professionals, therapy, lectures, group projects, and personal development support; graduated 15 participants in the 18th cohort and 6 in the first Northern Star cohort extending to other elite units.

Supports former US and Israel Navy SEALs in transitioning to civilian careers through the Version Bravo entrepreneurship accelerator and facilitates professional networking via 11 industry-specific groups serving 1,110 members.

Runs the Still Waters program where Israel Navy SEALs volunteer to provide swim instruction and companionship to injured and post-traumatic IDF veterans through rehabilitative water-based activities; supported 100 injured veterans through four regional groups led by 50 SEAL volunteers.

Provides ongoing support to families who lost an Israel Navy SEAL in battle by assigning personal points of contact, hosting memorial and social events, offering emotional support, and integrating them into professional affinity groups and community programming; served 133 bereaved families in one reporting period.

Provides comprehensive support to injured Israel Navy SEALs and their families during hospitalization, recovery, and reintegration, including personalized rehabilitation, hospital visits, emotional support, and community-reconnecting activities such as kayaking, rock-climbing, free-diving, and woodworking workshops.

Facilitates therapeutic journeys and multi-day retreats for Israel Navy SEALs and reservists to process combat experiences, build support networks, and strengthen personal bonds; conducted 9 therapeutic journeys for 116 SEALs and hosted a three-day retreat for over 550 reservists and spouses.

Conducts transitional workshops for Israel Navy SEALs nearing or just after discharge, covering financial literacy, higher education guidance, career paths, and therapist-guided debriefs; served 35 newly discharged SEALs in one workshop instance.

Engages Bar and Bat Mitzvah-aged children through B’NaiFINS, a program that includes education about Israel’s Navy SEALs, advocacy training, and fundraising support for AFINS programs with a minimum commitment of $3,600 as part of their Mitzvah projects.
