- Deliver Scouting programs for youth by age groupProvides structured Scouting programs including Cub Scouts (grades K-5), Scouts BSA (ages 11–17), Venturing, Sea Scouting, and Exploring (ages 14–20) to serve approximately 7,000 youth and adults in Erie County and the western third of Niagara County.
- Provide leadership training for youth and adult volunteersOffers leadership development programs including National Youth Leadership Training for youth, Wood Badge and other training for adult leaders, and hosts University of Scouting events to build capacity among Scouts and leaders.
- Support youth-led service and leadership projectsEngages youth in designing and implementing service projects, including oversight and review of Eagle Scout project proposals with feedback provided within five business days to ensure they meet BSA criteria.
