THE NEW YORK COMPENSATION INSURANCE RATING BOARD (THE "BOARD") IS A RATE-SERVICE ORGANIZATION LICENSED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE NEW YORK STATE INSURANCE LAW.
