Operates a low-cost, high-quality mobile spay and neuter clinic providing affordable surgical services for pets and community cats in Dutchess County and surrounding areas, with monthly clinics held on the third Thursday of each month.

Provides financial subsidies for spay and neuter services to veterans, students, and families at risk of pet relinquishment to prevent unnecessary euthanasia and reduce stray cat populations.

Provides daily feeding and ongoing monitoring for approximately 300 community cats across managed colonies in Dutchess County, ensuring their health and well-being through regular care even after spay/neuter and vaccination interventions.

Implements a comprehensive Trap/Neuter/Return/Place program to humanely manage feral and free-roaming cat populations in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York, including trapping, spaying/neutering, vaccinating, and returning or relocating cats based on temperament and health. The organization also provides support for building shelters and safe feeding stations.

Operates the Crunchies and Munchies Program to provide cat food assistance to community members managing cat colonies, supporting continued care and reducing barriers to responsible stewardship.

Engages in legislative advocacy by organizing meetings and presentations with elected officials and service providers to promote laws that protect community cat colonies, caretakers, and TNR personnel, aiming to reduce suffering and institutionalize humane practices.

Provides life-saving surgeries and major medical treatments for otherwise healthy cats with treatable conditions, including during intake procedures that involve vaccinations, microchipping, parasite treatment, and FIV/FeLV testing, enabling them to live healthy lives post-treatment.

Hosts public education events, screenings (such as of "The Cat Rescuers"), and outreach programs to raise awareness about TNR, community cat welfare, and organizational services, promoting broader community engagement and support.

Provides training and educational resources to community members and volunteers on humane trapping techniques, TNR protocols, colony management, winter care, and safe feeding station construction to empower local stewardship of community cats.

Organizes volunteer-led transportation of cats to veterinary appointments and adoption events, manages internal databases for tracking animals and operations, maintains a call management system for public inquiries, and supports foster caregivers with supplies, guidance, and medical coordination.
