WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES TO ALL VICTIMS OF CRIME SINCE 1985. OUR AGENCY BEGAN SERVING VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN 1980 AND BECAME DESIGNATED AS THE LICENSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROVIDER BY NYS OCFS. IN 1986, OUR AGENCY BEGAN PROVIDING SERVICES TO RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT SURVIVORS IN CATTARAUGUS AND ALLEGANY COUNTY, AND IN 1996, CCA WAS GRANTED THE RAPE CRISIS COUNSELOR CONFIDENTIALITY PRIVILEGE.
