The corporation is formed for the benefit of boat owners in the lower Hudson River in order to accomplish the following purposes: (a) To negotiate on behalf of the Members of the Association, as may be required. (b) To encourage and maintain interest in all aspects of boating. (c) Wherever possible to provide members with information, advice and assistance on matters connected with boating. (d) To monitor changes in local laws and regulations affecting boat owners and report such changes to the members. (e) Additionally, to represent the interest of members at any meetings convened to discuss proposed changes. (f) To afford members such benefits and privileges as it may be possible to arrange.
